Lizzie Lizzie Lizzie.

I rewatched Pride and Prejudice this morning, much to the amusement of the brother who went, "Abeh sekarang tiap-tiap pagi nak main Pride and Prejudice kaper?"

Haha. No you silly person. Of course not. Maybe alternate days. Hahaha.

We sent off our maid home yesterday, then went shopping at IKEA and then had Soto Ayam Inspirasi Bedok woo hoo!

So now we're maidless, and I shall have to watch Pride And Prejudice on alternate days while I do the chores. Hahaha.

And I STILL cry when I watch it. -_-

~*~

The cats however are a different thing altogether. They will congregate wherever I choose to do my chores. Be it, washing the dishes (Sprite will lie on the microwave while Mu Yeong inspects the sink), sweeping the living room carpet and mopping the floors (Honey will play Catch! The!Broom! while Bob and Rahul will look on) and Dash. Haiz. That cat keeps asking me to let him into mum's room so that he can have a go at the bathroom sink.

Right now, Sprite is lying against my laptop as I type this. It's a major habit of his. Sometimes he even grabs the lid of my laptop. -_-

~*~

Ok. I'm due for a date with boy and.. friends. Haha. See ya when I get back!

Quote of the Day

"We misjudged him, Papa. Me more than anyone.
In every way.
Not just in this matter.
I've been nonsensical.

But he's been a fool about Jane, about so many other things.
But then, so have I. You see, he and I are...
He and I are so similar.

We're both so stubborn.
Papa, I... "

"You really do love him, don't you?
"

"Very much. "

"I cannot believe that anyone can deserve you.
But it seems I am overruled.
So I heartily give my consent.

I could not have parted with you, my Lizzie, to anyone less worthy. "

*cue tears*

Hahahahaha. Ok bye.

Movie Review : Eden Lake

Don't watch it unless you can stomach Saw I, Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV and Saw V. All at one go.

Like seriously. I've seen a lot of gore movies, but I think Eden Lake takes the cake.

And the surprising ending is the jaw dropping, you-want-to-die-is-it? kind.

Not my cup of tea. I only managed to watch parts of it.

Because it was seriously gross.

Ok. On to the next movie.

Spent.

I just finished the jigjig due next week. Yay.

At the same time, I watched some old movies on youtube.

I watched those once, on HBO, back when we still had that channel. The movies have stuck to me ever since.

Especially Dogfight.

The tagline reads :

The rules of the dogfight were simple : Everyone puts in fifty bucks. And the guy with the "ugliest" date wins.

I don't know why. That movie just - I have no words.

It's probably my most favourite Oldies movie. 1986. It's a year older than I am.

edit/: ye lah ye lah. younger. sheesh.

And I found myself crying when Birdlace ran off to rejoin the army in Vietnam, leaving Rose (his "ugly" date) behind. -_- And I think I mourned for River Phoenix then.

Ooo. Pimple.

Such. A. Waste. Bloody bloody waste.

He was only 23 when he died of a drug overdose.

If you had lived Mr Phoenix, I bet you'd be giving Mr Depp a run for his money.

Tribute. :)

~*~

Now I just need to watch Rebel Without a Cause (Mr Dean), and Gross Anatomy (Mr Modine) and I'm good.

Whoopie. RWaC is on youtube. Will keep that for another project.

And I think I have plans tmr/today, although they are quite hazy right now.

~*~

I had my first ever Murphey day just now (so far), and to talk about it would just be reminding me what I went through (which I did already go through with several "lucky" people). So yeah. I think the whole Oldies thing is a direct result of that.

Not to mention I actually kept scanning books in the library today, just to see how many I could borrow.

I got to the eighth book and realized that :

1) I did not have a bag.

2) I didn't want to read about Ghosts OR prom dresses. -_-

So now that I'm done, I will.. pack up and go to sleep.

Unsurprisingly, I have a headache. Har.

Good night/morning world.

/And I don't know why, I can't keep my eyes off of you.

Mummy madness.

Today was a wonderfully horrible day for me, so much so I took it out on Farhan, the poor boy, who in turn gave me a taste of my own wonderfully bitter medicine. In short, it turned into a laughing/scolding/nonsensical session where we talked about (of all things) World Of Warcraft.

But enough about that.

I wanted to talk about the uber sucky movie I watched over the weekend.

It's no use anticipating a movie anymore.

You're probably asking, "So how much did it suck Hana?"

I slept through a whole battle scene. That was how bad it was.

Things to gripe about the movie :

1) No Rachel Weisz. As quoted below :

Stunning actress RACHEL WEISZ has refused point blank to ever return to THE MUMMY movies.

Despite the fact that MUMMY RETURNS, the (2001) is currently making pots of money, Weisz says she's got nothing left to offer in the role.

She says, "I wouldn't even do another film for $200 million. I don't do this for money, and I'm not for sale. I've played the character, and I have nothing left to add to her. Two Mummy movies is enough. I did it because I thought it was a fantastic role for a woman, and it reminded me of RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK (1981) and ROMANCING THE STONE (1984). " (JM/WNWC/NFA)

Source: WENN

BOO. Then again. Let's have a look at Evelyn O'Connell shall we?

Before China :

After China :

*they even made her voice sound like the REAL Evelyn. Ugh. Poser. Hahahahaha..

Then again, I'm glad Rachel Weisz wasn't in this movie. Jatuh martabat you.

2) Alex the cutie grew up to be Alex the unwise. More hair gel yo?

I mean, yes, DUH, you can't expect the same child actor to play the big Alex. But then again, WHY BLOODY NOT? I thought the kid Alex was brilliant. (except for the stork thing. he over did the flapping elbow.)

Grown up Alex is worse.

He got it all. The stupid lines. Corny ones. The really really lame ones. Gah. I hate Big Alex.

Last gripe :

Will someone PLEASE tell me what the heck JET LI is doing in a mummy movie?!?!?!

A mummy is a corpse whose skin and flesh have been preserved by either intentional or incidental exposure to chemicals, extreme cold, very low humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs. Mummies of humans and other animals have been found throughout the world, both as a result of natural preservation through unusual conditions, and as cultural artifacts to preserve the dead.
Being a Terracotta Soldier does NOT mean you're a mummy. Particularly when you're a short one. -_- (Jet Li is everywhere and it's starting to bug me.)

There were only two saving factors in the movie :

1) Rick O'Connell.

His son became fatter than him.
His son looked older than him.
HE STUCK A FISH HOOK IN THE SKIN OF HIS THROAT! OMG! WOO HOO!
Might as well have used baby Alex.

2) Jonathan

He opened a night club called Imhotep in Shanghai. HAHAHA.
He dreamed of opening a Casino in Shangrila.
He finally got his hands on a really big gem.
Peru, here I come.

Verdict : Just borrow someone's DVD when it comes out. Not worth your 8 bucks folks. Trust me.

Atonement

Wahaha.. 3 movie synopsis/reviews in two days. I'm on a roll man. Hahaha..

This morning, I watched half of Atonement, then I came back after my 6 hour nap to watch the other half.

And despite my sister's warning about NOT watching it till the end, I had to. I HAD to find out what happened to Robbie and Cecelia. And then I was sad when I saw the ending. And all I thought was :

Why the hell does James McAvoy have to star in all these tragedies???

The only happy movie he made (to my satisfaction) was Penelope. He got strung with HOOKS in Last King Of Scotland!! -_- (which I vowed never to watch again. EVER.)

The movie was really really really good (and not for kids. definately. har.) and of course it was visually awesome (as all historical movies turn out to be nowadays). I didn't particularly like Kiera Knightly's character, Cecilia. All she seemed to be doing was smoking.

And yeah. I can't seem to get past her being Lizzie Bennet for some reason. When she does other characters I still see Lizzie walking towards the pigs. -_- (Yes. Even when she was a screaming harlot as Elizabeth Swann.)

Ahem.

Well, the movie is about um, star-crossed lovers, and Juliet's baby sister. (who sucks because she caused all the star-crossed-unfortunate-events to happen) Briony, Cecelia's little sister has a very vivid imagination (not as vivid as mine haha) and she thinks she understand what's happening.

We watch the movie from Briony's (stupid) point of view, and then we get to see what actually happens. Twice. And both times Briony mistakes her sister and Robbie's affection for each other for something else. (the fact that Briony herself has a crush on him does not help.)

(evil little sister)

And then the climax. Briony accidentally comes across her cousin being, for want of a better word, seduced by somebody, and in her vivid imagination she imagines it to be Robbie, and accuses him of trying to rape her cousin.

Briony then tells the police about it, and in doing so poor Robbie Turner is thrown in jail for three years for a crime he did not commit. :(

What happens next is even worse, and the movie goes on in such a way that you hate the little sister so much you think you would slap her if she were your own little sister.

The ending itself healed the sadness a bit. Just a bit. I hope Briony gets that stroke and dies. Soon. Very soon.

Haha. I won't reveal the twist of course. (but Briony dies in the end, to my immense satisfaction. or it could be only my imagination. heh.)

All in all, a very good movie. One I recommend. (but not to kids. hehe.)

Next : Great Expectations! Starring Ethan Hawke!!

Becoming Jane + Grey's Anatomy update.

Huda and I just saw Grey's Anatomy.. and before that, Becoming Jane. Haha.. Let's start with Becoming Jane.

:D:D:D:D Huda and I are just suckers for Jane Austen. And since this film was her supposed autobiography.. We thought we'd watch it.

Aaaaannnnddddd, we soon got depressed. Because Tom Lefroy is a handsome bugger and he didn't get Jane in the end. (And Jane died an old maid. BOO.)

The climax of the movie, where I was muttering and muttering about how Jane wasn't going to get him, just like Beatrix Potter, Huda, the little optimist said that would be sad (and that that's not going to happen), and that Jane would get the guy.

HAR HAR HAR.

Tom asked Jane to elope with him, but due to their carriage getting stuck in the mud, Jane found letters from his family in Limerick and found out that all his brothers and sisters were depending on him and so he can't marry a little nobody like her because she has no money.

And so Jane left him standing there all handsome and sad at the inn.

Tom got married to some other unnamed woman, and named his first daughter Jane.

Bloody annoying if you ask me. NO AUDIENCE SATISFACTION.

Anyway, watch if you're a fan of James McAvoy (which I am. hee..)

Anne Hathaway was a bit.. annoying. But who cares. hahahaha.

Ok next : Grey's Anatomy SEASON FINALE.

OH MY GOD.
I have no idea how to blog about this. IT WAS WONDERFUL.

Huda cried about halfway in. I cried when I saw the candles. And ALEX crying. ... It's something when an asshole cries. Hahaa. So I cried with him. Because it was an apt way to end the season.

And.. from the looks of it.. There will be another season!!! ahahahahahaha.. Because of all the kissing at the end. So funneh. Huda was actually covering her eyes.. Hahahaahahaha..

And poor poor Mark. No more girlfriend. I think he should hook up with Rose. Because stupid Lexie is going to get George. And Izzie will get back with Alex (after Rebecca has succeeded to kill herself. :D)

And the biggest biggest one of all. DEREK AND MEREDITH. YAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!! *waves D&M banner*

Hahaha.. Ok and now for some more apt music from Jason Mraz. I actually bought his latest cd the other day. Hahaha.. Goooodd lah sia.

Dedicated to the boy. (just change all the Mraz parts to Hana and the dude parts to girl. hahaha..)

Good night world!

hahaha.. dororo?

Dad and I are watching this 2005 Japanese show called Dororo.

It's about this guy who was born WITHOUT LIMBS, and EYES, EARS, VOICE BOX and INTERNAL ORGANS (just to name a few.)

Why?

Because his dad sacrificed FORTY-EIGHT pieces of him to the FORTY-EIGHT demons JUST SO THAT HE CAN RULE THE WORLD. (and the demons quite considerate lah. they took the limbs while he was in his mum's belly. har.)

Haha. Ok lor. 48 pieces only. The baby still lived. And the dad has a big-assed castle on the hill. Hahaha.. But of course the dad who wanted to rule the world asked the mum to send baby Dororo-without-limbs-and-other-essential-bits away. And she put him in a basket and pushed him into the river. :D

So now, Dororo has grown up and become a ghost-killer to get back his body parts AND THAT IS JUST EFFING WEIRD LAH.

Oooo! I see ninjas!!! (kejap samurai, kejap ninja. quite confusing leh this story.)

Anyway, Dororo became a handsome boy (despite having swords for arms. hahahahaahaha..) and he's now planning to dissect his father into 48 pieces ala poetic justice.

Movie itself is visually stunning, till you get to the ghosts. The ghosts are just plain dumb. It's like someone just had the general idea of what a Jap ghost looks like, then used play-doh to depict them. Sigh. Everything is cool till we get to the ghosts.

... The ghosts monologued, and Dororo killed them. Hmm. Wonder which part of his body was returned to him.

WAHAHAHAHAHAHA. now he can see!!!!! LOL!! (yes people, he has been fighting with two plastic eyes since the start of the movie. LOL. Now he got back his eyes and he still looks the same. BORING.)

Hahaha. See? Weren't kidding when I said he had sword hands. Hahaha. WAHHHH THE SAMURAI HAVE MISSILES!!!!!! LOL.

(stupid stupid movie. don't bother.)

~*~

What I really want to do is watch Becoming Jane. Unfortunately it's in the same cd as Dororo and so I have no choice. Nyeh.

Ok. Donuts are done. Now to sew Burger and Fries!

Photos Of The Day

I NEED SUSHI. Hahahaha.. That's Hana Maki, Tuna filling wrapped with salmon sashimi. Yummmm.

It must be a John Cusack movie.

I just finished watching Martian Child.

The story is about a widower, who adopts a little boy who thinks he's from Mars. :)

Watch it. You won't regret it.

What I regret though, is the fact that Singapore won't be releasing this movie I think. Ok, I KNOW, because it's already selling at Best Denki for $15.90 a piece. :( VCD, not DVD (before any of you get excited.)

Dennis : But then I started doing science and realized the Earth was spinning around the sun at 67,000 miles per hour. held in place by gravity and I thought "What the heck do I need to be from Mars for?"

Now I want to watch ALL of John Cusack movies. *rubs hands gleefully* I have yet to watch one that I don't like.

Here you go guys. :D Trailer to Martian Child.

Anne Of Green Gables -

makes me cry my traitorous eyes out.

-_-

What in the world doesn't right? Haish.

Anyways, this time I cried because Anne lost her adoptive father, Matthew Cuthbert.

And as he lay dying in her arms, she said to him, "I'm sorry I wasn't the boy you wanted. I could have helped you so much more."

And Matthew said, "I never wanted a boy. I wanted only you the first day I saw you."

And then he was gone.

And I cried for a whole 15 minutes until the credits. -_-

And now I'm pissed because I don't know what happens to Anne and Gilbert Blythe. Pffffft.

Hence, I HAVE to get dad to get Anne of Avonlea/Anne of Green Gables; The Sequel.

And you know what's annoying? Anne is so much like me it's freaking scary. Haha. The only difference between us is that I think girls should invest in a little romance while Anne keeps denying her feelings for Gilbert. (hence annoying.)

What's more, her 'bosom' friend Diana is also in love with Gilbert, and hence it's doubly irritating that I have NO idea who gets him in the end. Gah. So it's either, 1) Get the darn video or 2) Get the darn book.

Ish, I have the feeling the book will go all Little Women and hand Teddy over to Amy. GAH. I always hated the fact that Jo didn't get Teddy. Freaking annoying. And hence, Diana might get Gilbert in the end. And Anne will end up married to a much older man instead of the boy who loved her since the minute he saw her.

Sigh. Excuse me, it's the hormones acting up.

OMG YAAYYYYYYYYY

Taken from Wiki :

In their second year, Gilbert proposed but Anne refused him because she thought she did not care for him the way he cared for her. Anne insisted on being friends but Gilbert said friendship was not satisfying enough. She then began liking a Roy Gardner who was perfect in every way but in the end, Anne realized she could never "really" love him because he was not a kindred spirit. He never understood a joke and she never and never will love him. Upon returning home after graduation Gilbert contracted scarlet fever (-_-) and remained weak for months, narrowly escaping death.

This episode convinced Anne that she did love him after all. "She finally realized in that moment that he belonged to her and she to him!" Soon after, Gilbert who still hadn't given up, proposed and this time the answer was 'yes'. Gilbert intended to become a doctor, so three years of engagement followed as he finished his medical course. Their married life was very happy, and as the series ended Gilbert was fifty-five and still in love with Anne Shirley.

I don't care. I want to watch this on TV.

Haha and now, for some Matthew Modine. :D

Hur hur. I don't know why I like him, I just do. Lol. Cutthroat Island is weird, and horribly done, and I LOVE IT. Hahahahahahaa. I think it's cause of how white their teeth are even when they're pirates. Lol. (i don't like Geena Davis though. she's weird) Ok. Maybe it's cause Matthew Modine makes a splendid slave slash pirate. *beams*

Ok. I should sleep. Hahahaha. Night world.

Oh Noah.

"I'm not afraid to hurt your feelings. They have like a two second rebound rate and you're back doing the next pain-in-the-ass thing."

~Noah Calhoun, the Notebook

Ahha.. I can identify with this. :) I think You feel like Noah sometimes don't you?

Noah : Please? Will you just picture your life for me? 10 years from now, 30 years from now, what's it look like? If it's with that guy, go! Go! I lost you one, I think I could do it again if that's what you really wanted. But don't you take the easy way out.

Allie : What easy way? There is no easy way, no matter what I do, somebody gets hurt.

Noah : Would you stop thinking about what everyone wants? Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?

[silence]

Noah : What do you want?

Allie : It's not that simple.

Noah : What do you want?

Allie : It's not..

Noah : Goddamn it, what do you want?

Noah's thoughts go from problem to solution while Allie's thoughts go from one problem to another. Keeping people happy is her thing. *smiles* Just like someone we both know aye?

Go watch The Notebook you guys.

I think there's something there that everyone can relate to.
It struck something like ten thousand chords with me.

Most of all, it's just about a boy and girl, falling in love with each other, then driving each other nuts. :D

(and I think someone needs to maim Nicholas Sparks. He always makes me cry.)

the house is silent.

'Cause my two monsters plus Mum and Huda are at Phuket. *wry smile*

Sent them off at the Budget terminal around 7am. Ahha.. And when I got home at 745am, they weren't even on the plane yet. Hur hur.

They'll be back on Wednesday with (hopefully) lots of Thai things for me. I asked mum for Pad Thai, but I'm not sure if she will bring it back. Maybe even tupperwares aren't allowed on planes nowadays.

I did ask Hakim for a birthday present haha (jokingly of course) and he thought i was serious and kind of mentally slapped himself at the airport because he forgot to bring MONEY TO CHANGE TO THAI BAHT. So sweet lah itu budak. Haha..

Anyways, Hafiz and I (because of lack of things to do - no monsters to shout at) decided to rename Mu-yeong to Ngeow. Cause we believe that he is a Pokemon, and Pokemon can say their own name with different expressions.

See? Now Ngeow can tell you his own name.

~*~

Watched Beowulf over the weekend..

Haha.. I just love the seats at GV max. (not GV Grand. two different things kay?) Comfy.. And you can actually slouch and people can still walk in front of you to get their seats.. Haha.. lurp lurp.

Hmm. Okay. Thoughts about the movie. Way too many buttocks. Hahahaha.. NC16 ke perr.. I nearly lost it when I thought Anthony Hopkins was going to lose his toga. *coughs* One fight scene between Beowulf and this guy Grendel :

-was freaking hilarious. Hahaha.. I shall not delve into why it was, it just is. ok?

Visual wise, I thought it was really well done. haha.. Really looked like actors acting on screen instead of animated actors ala Polar Express (which I didn't watch heh.)

Hafiz is right though. Beowulf said, "I am Beowulf!!!" too many times. Haha.. Like, WE KNOW DUDE!

*gives the movie a 7.5/10 rating*

Angelina Jolie has high heels! hahahahahahahahhaa...

~*~

I should be sleeping now.
But the house is too quiet.
Miss my monsters.

On a brighter note, I get to see You!(yesyou!whoopee!) tmr. Haha.

All right. Ngeow and Ngeow's sister have to be carried out of my room now. Good night world.

Last photo of the day :

Handiwork of Ngeow and company. I LITERALLY lost my ctrl key for a few days. Then found it again on my desk. -_-

K bye world.

We went to Zingdo for lunch today, then caught Theeee Simmmppsonnsss..... Moooovieeee, on the Biggggscreeeennnnn......

Movie Review : Harry Potter and the Order Of The Phoenix

Hi people.. Haha.. Ok. Before I jump into the review.. Let me just say that, MOST of you WON'T BE SATISFIED with the movie. Uhuh. Uhuh.

That's because this movie is MOSTLY talk and very little action, unlike it's predecessors. And it is like that BECAUSE the book is that way. :) In anycase, again, it's just an accompaniment to the book, so if you want more... read the book!*end of defending the movie* :p

SPOILERS---------->

That said, I actually loved the movie, and I loved all the sets *THE SETS ARE STUNNING LAH MY GAD* and I loved Luna Lovegood and Snape was hilarious and my goodness the clues! The clues!

The clues were what kept me sitting forward in my seat and giggling at certain moments, and certain parts caused me to rethink certain scenes.

HP sleuth I am.

Clue #1 : The Hog's Head Barman and his Goats.

After reading an editorial on Mugglenet.com, I am convinced that the Barman at the Hog's Head is none other than Aberforth Dumbledore, Albus Dumbledore's brother!

Hahaa.. After seeing the movie, I have no doubt this is so. They took PAINS to actually include him in the scene, even though it was for only 5 seconds. With GOATS!

Evidence :

“My own brother, Aberforth, was prosecuted for practicing inappropriate charms on a goat. It was all over the papers, but did Aberforth hide? No, he did not! He held his head high, and went about his business as usual! Of course, I’m not entirely sure he can read, so that may not have been bravery...” ~Albus Dumbledore
(GoF pg 454/394)

The Hog’s Head bar comprised one small, dingy and very dirty room that smelled strongly of something that might have been goats.
(OotP pg 335/299)

The barman sidled towards them out of a back room. He was a grumpy-looking old man with a great deal of long grey hair and beard. He was tall and thin and looked vaguely familiar to Harry.
(OotP pg 336/300)

Haha.. And then in the movie, we catch a glimpse of said individual for 5 seconds and he's surrounded with goats! Aberforth! We found you!

Clue #2 : Luna Lovegood

What is SO important about this little Miss that they put MOST of the scenes of Harry and her from the book into the movie?

Even the not-so-important scenes i.e when she is putting up notices for her misplaced items was added into the movie. I mean, I would have thought Sir Nicholas's conversation with Harry was more important than that little scene.

Still, there is the little thing about Lovegood being a Chapter title in the fifth book. Perhaps she'll die?

Perhaps Harry and her will get together! Oh say it isn't so! Lol.

Clue #3 : Snape

Haha.. A very good one I'm afraid. We can't tell whether Snape is the good guy or the bad guy from this movie. Like I told the boy after we watched it,

"On the one hand, Snape owes Harry's father his life, but James Potter got killed anyway. So he spends 6 years making Harry's life hell (because James was a bully), but at the same time, saves Harry's butt a couple of times. And then he ups and kills Dumbledore. So what do you do?"

What do you do?

Clue #4 : Kreacher

Haha.. Kreacher is the character that David Yates, the director of the movie, considered taking out of the film, but was convinced otherwise by JK Rowling when she told him that he would have some difficulty writing the seventh movie without Kreacher in it.

In fact, they didn't even show that Kreacher was the one who led Sirius to his death (as told in the book). They merely showed Harry having a conversation with him, and then we see Sirius shouting at him, telling him to leave. (Melayu panggil "berambus dari sini!")

Hmm... Curious...

Okay, anyway :

Reasons Why You Should Watch This Movie (in no particular order)

1) Dolorus Umbridge

Her "Hem hem"s will drive you nuts. So will her laughter. Hahaha.. It's a sign of really reaaalllyy good acting. At the end of the movie, you just want to slap her silly and rejoice when the Centaurs take her.

Harry : "I'm sorry Professor, but I must not tell lies."

*laughs*

2) Harry gets possessed

A bit like Linda Blair in the Exorcist without the vomit. *sneakers!* Harry lies in a pool of crushed glass (seperti pasir di tepi laut) and fights the Voldermort within. Wonderful acting.

3) The Weasleys

Ron grows up and is SO MUCH MORE COOLER than from the other movies.. Ginny gets flashes of irritation at Cho for hogging Harry to herself, and Fred and George don't even look 17.

And here, Ginny's wearing pants. And I'm still at a loss as to why.

4) Hermione flirts with Grawp and Ron gets jealous.

HAHAHAHA... WHAT THE HECK???? HAHAHAHAHAHA.

5) Argus Filch

Particularly when the boil on his nose burst. That was wonderful. Hahaha.. I can't think of any other person who can play Filch like he can.

Reasons Why You Won't Like The Movie

1) Too much talk, no action

Go read the book.

-----------------> END OF SPOILERS
~*~

Anyways, there was a mix-up in movie theatres, which made me thank the stars that we got there early to collect the tickets. *phew*

We ended up watch Harry OOTP at Great World City instead of at Vivocity. Hahaha.. Which made for a good change since I've never been there (EVER) and neither has the boy.

To show all of you how jakun I was, here are some pictures.

Of the toilets! Hahahahahahahaha... Okay. I'm nuts. And jakun. Did I say jakun? I did?

The boy thought the cheetah in the African toilet was disturrrbing. Hahaha. Ok. Maybe it was. :p

Ok lah. Enough mumbo-jumbo. I have another exam to study for. byeee~!

2 movies in one day!!

Haha.. So I went to watch Transformers.. and yes, it's as good as all you people say lah. Hahaha.. The visual effects were absolutely stunning. And it was action-action-action-action all the way. Haha..

Ok, more like, Boom!-Boom!-Boom! *bergegar cinema* Laughs.

You've got me reduced to sound effects, Transformers. Hahaha..

"Hey, hey, how come she looks like J Lo now?"

And I think Shia Labeouf is so funny lah! Hahaha.. Totally Louis Stevens. :p

And Bumblebee is totally hot! Hahaha..

:D No complaints, other than the fact that kids were watching the show and they not only laughed, they howled! Hahaha.. 8/10

:)

~*~

Next movie is :

Hahaha.. MUST WATCH OK. NO EXCUSES.

The show's about this writer, who doesn't believe in ghosts after the tragic death of his daughter. So he starts staying at hotels and haunted mansions etc JUST to see ghosts. (stupid kan? stupid kan?) Then he gets a postcard telling him, "Don't enter 1408." Haha.. And ONLY because he's silly, he goes to the Dolphin Hotel and requests to stay there, and of course, the Manager tells him he shouldn't do that, because 56 people have died in that room. Some violent deaths, some natural deaths.

Pelik eh?

And then John Cusack goes to 'stay-there-for-a-night' anyways. -_- 'Cause he's silly.

Reasons why you should watch it :

1) John Cusack stars in this movie. 'Nuff said.

2) It's written by Stephen King.

3) It will keep your BRAIN in knots.

4) You think it's this way... then you'll think it's that way.. and then quite suddenly, you scream.

5) The movie shows you the many ways you could die. Hahaha..

6) Erm. John Cusack. :p

~*~

Currently rewatching Muhjse Dhosti Karoge. hahaha.. I forgot why I liked the show so much. :D But now I know why I do! *laughs*

!!! Tina just told Raj she loved him! But Raj loves Pooja!! Noooooooooooo!

Haha.. I kid. I've watched this movie a thousand times.

Ok. I have a nasty cough and runny nose, and now add to that equation a fever. Haha.. Darn.

Good night people. :D

Saw Shrek 3, which I think I'll call a disappointment. Heh. Aiya. I don't want to dwell on it. NEXT!

After the movie, we went to look at :

The 'N' is missing!! Haha. The park was practically EMPTY, well, except for a few foreign workers here and there. We found out later that it was actually closed for renovation. -_-

proud sagittarian.

And of course, a BIG HAPPY BURTHDAY to my baby brother Hafiz! He turns, erm, 19? This year? I think that's right. Wah! Next year twenty liao!!!! He can't smile. *smacks forehead*

Cindy, Karim, Me and Darling. haha..
